Bae Seul Ki has been missing in action for some time and it looks like there's a good reason why. She's been busy in Germany filming the movie, Finale. Bae Seul Ki plays Si Yeon, an assassin working for the Korean mafia. The story is about a war between the Italian mafia and the Korean mafia. And right in the middle of it are Si-Yeon and Finn, inevitably connected by their fate. Si-Yeon and Finn have 90 minutes left to get their revenge and 90 minutes for Finn to find a way to survive. The two opponents have to work together to come out alive. Well this came out of left field didn't it? Don't get me wrong, I love Bae Seul Ki, but I thought she was just another forgotten Korean star. Instead, she was actually being sneaky and making a full featured film in English. Now I can't say her English is great, but I was pleasantly surprised by it. Finale is written and directed by Rouchdi Guedria and Tabea Salewski. It is scheduled to be released in 2010.
