Would going to Korea be considered out of the ACS's (Administration for Childrens Services) jurisdiction? I hope not because this should be illegal! If your kid goes to school with a bruise, ACS is at your door by afternoon, but enslaving children on stage for all to see and they're nowhere to be found!
