TEMPEST return with performance video version of new single 'Can't Stop Shining'

TEMPEST have dropped their performance music video for "Can't Stop Shining"!

In the performance MV, TEMPEST go over their youthful and energetic choreography. "Can't Stop Shining" is the title song of the group's 2nd mini album 'SHINING UP,' and the lyrics are about celebrating yourself and continuing to push on.
