Red Velvet's Joy, Choo Young Woo and Baek Sung Chul would like to invite you to the lovely village of Huidong-ri in the brand new Kakao TV original series, 'Once Upon a Small Town'!

Premiering next month on September 5, 'Once Upon a Small Town' tells the story of youths who find love in a small village with fresh air, crystal clear rivers and great, big mountains. In the drama's main trailer above, the resident "visual trio" of Huidong-ri, including Ahn Ja Young (Joy), Han Ji Yool (Choo Young Woo) and Lee Sang Hyun (Baek Sung Chul) parody a dating reality show, each commenting on their dating interests.

First, Ahn Ja Young flatly says, "Dating? I do not have time to date. I'm just not interested." On the other hand, for Ja Young's childhood friend Sang Hyun, "Someone does come to mind." Meanwhile, the young veterinarian who recently moved down from Seoul coolly says, "I am open to being in relationships. I don't cross the line like some other people." 

A healing, youth romantic comedy for all ages, 'Once Upon a Small Town' is coming to Kakao TV in Korea, and to Netflix for international viewers!
