On the April 15 broadcast of KBS2's 'Yoo Hee Yeol's Sketchbook', Jessi made a guest appearance to perform her new single, "Zoom"!

On this day, MC Yoo Hee Yeol revealed that Jessi's mother had joined them in the audience to watch her daughter perform. Jessi revealed, "My mom arrived from the States last week to be with me, after hearing that I was having a hard time. She said that I might need her with me, and so she came to see me for the first time in a while."

So what does Jessi's mother think about Jessi's flamboyant performances? When asked by MC Yoo Hee Yeol, Jessi's mother stated, "I want to dance and have fun on stage like that too," drawing applause. 

Hearing this, Jessi remarked, "This is something that I am always thankful for with my family. They are always cheering me on, no matter what I do. Even when I make mistakes, they tell me that I can get back up. They raised me to be strong. I am 35-years old this year, but I am still living however I want. I have my parents to thank for that."

Jessi's mother then revealed her wishes for her daughter, sharing, "I hope that Jessi can always be healthy and happy, physically, mentally, and in all of her thoughts."
