In the new concept photo, Niel wears a striking red suit that highlights his scruffy yet elegant and distinctive visuals. For this comeback, he has prepared his 4th mini album titled 'SHE.' He has already drawn attention with a previously released concept photo that stood out for its unconventional style.
Niel's new mini album will be released on April 22 at 6 PM KST.
