
Superkind has officially disbanded, as confirmed in a statement released by their agency, DEEPSTUDIO, on April 11.

The announcement revealed that the exclusive contract between the company and the group has come to an end by mutual agreement. “After extensive and thoughtful discussions, both sides have decided to part ways and support each other on their new paths,” DEEPSTUDIO shared.
Superkind, known for its groundbreaking concept that combined real and virtual members, captured attention from fans worldwide with its innovative approach to K-pop. Since their debut, the group has built a strong following, affectionately known as “Player.”
In the statement, DEEPSTUDIO thanked the members for their hard work and dedication, and expressed deep appreciation to the fans for their constant support. “Your continued love has been a tremendous source of strength for the artists and all of us at DEEPSTUDIO,” the message read.
While this marks the end of Superkind’s official journey, fans are being asked to continue supporting the members as they pursue new opportunities.
The disbandment has sparked an outpouring of emotion from fans online, many of whom are reflecting on the group’s unique presence in the K-pop scene and wishing the members success in their next chapters.
