DRIPPIN leader Hwang Yunseong will be fulfilling his military service as an active-duty soldier.

Hwang Yunseong is set to enlist at the Nonsan Army Training Center in South Chungcheong Province on the afternoon of the 24th. After completing approximately five weeks of basic training and receiving his unit assignment, he will carry out his duties as an active-duty soldier.

He is the first member of DRIPPIN to enlist. Following the announcement, Hwang Yunseong shared a handwritten letter filled with love for his fans, touching many hearts.

On the day of his enlistment, Hwang Yunseong expressed his thoughts through his agency Woollim Entertainment, saying, “I think this is an opportunity for me to grow even more. I will do my best to fulfill my military duty and return as a more developed and cool person.”

He continued, “To DRIPPIN’s official fan club, please take care of your health. I hope you are all happy and doing well. I’m always grateful and I love you. Please continue to support the other members, too.” He ended with a heartfelt message of gratitude to his fans.
