On March 5, BELIFT LAB, the agency representing ENHYPEN, released a strong legal statement on the fan platform Weverse, revealing that the group has been experiencing severe privacy violations and safety threats.
BELIFT LAB emphasized, "The acts that threaten the artists' safety and violate their privacy have reached an alarming level."
The statement went on to describe disturbing incidents, including instances where delivery and transport drivers were allegedly bribed to break into the artists' residence, film them, and sell the footage. The agency confirmed that legal action has been taken based on CCTV and other gathered evidence.
In addition, the agency addressed other privacy violations, such as the illegal purchase of flight information to board the same flights as the artists and continuous filming of them in private spaces. "We are actively collecting evidence to identify those responsible, and with the help of fan reports, we are pursuing legal complaints and lawsuits. We will fully cooperate with law enforcement to ensure a swift investigation."
BELIFT LAB also urged fans to refrain from participating in any stalking activities, reiterating their commitment to the safety of the artists. "We kindly ask fans not to support such actions, and we will continue to prioritize the protection of our artists."

Full Statement from BELIFT LAB:
"Hello, this is BELIFT LAB.
We deeply appreciate all the love and support ENGENEs have shown ENHYPEN.
Unfortunately, incidents threatening the safety and privacy of the artists have escalated to a critical level. In response, we are taking immediate action, including legal measures. Below are the details of the ongoing situation:
- Actions Taken Against Privacy Invasion and Illegal Stalking
Recently, there have been serious cases of illegal stalking, such as bribing delivery or transport drivers to break into the artists' residence, film them, and sell the footage. We have initiated legal proceedings based on CCTV and other secured evidence.
Additionally, frequent privacy violations have occurred, including the illegal purchase of flight information to board the same flights as the artists and continuous filming in private spaces. These actions are harmful and a clear violation of the artists' privacy and consent.
We are constantly gathering evidence to identify the perpetrators and are actively proceeding with legal complaints and lawsuits, with fan reports being crucial to our efforts. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities to ensure a prompt investigation.
- Measures Against Organized Defamation and False Rumors
We have identified individuals who are systematically spreading false rumors about the artists, conducting coordinated online attacks, and selling personal information. In response, we are gathering evidence and taking strong legal action against:
- Spreading and coordinating false rumors about the artists
- Stalking and invading the artists' personal space
- Illegally obtaining and selling private footage or personal information
- Continuously sending obscene calls and inappropriate messages to the artists
- Any other actions that infringe on the artists' privacy
Fan reports have been vital in addressing these issues. If you have any relevant information, please report it through the HYBE Artist Rights Violation Report platform.
- Guidelines for Airport Safety and Order
The overwhelming crowds at airports during ENHYPEN's domestic and international travel pose serious safety risks to the artists, fans, and other airport users. We kindly ask fans to follow these guidelines:
- Do not obstruct the artists' movement at the airport.
- Avoid excessive physical contact with the artists.
- Refrain from filming in restricted airport areas or engaging in invasive close-up filming.
- Buying and selling flight information is illegal. Recently, airline employees involved in selling flight details were caught and prosecuted. We ask fans not to engage in or support such activities.
Finally, individuals identified as stalkers will be permanently banned from participating in ENHYPEN-related events. We have reported multiple stalkers to law enforcement, and investigations are ongoing. However, for the sake of the investigation, real-time updates cannot be disclosed.
We remain committed to protecting the safety of our artists. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
BELIFT LAB."
