MBC weather forecaster Kim Ga Young, currently facing allegations of being a perpetrator who bullied fellow weather forecaster Oh Yoanna, is receiving renewed attention for her public relationship with producer Pdogg. 

Previously, perpetrator accusations against Kim Ga Young arose after one YouTube channel exposed supposed "evidence" of a private chatroom, where 4 of Oh Yoanna's fellow weather forecasters mocked and bashed Oh Yoanna behind her back. According to the YouTube channel, the chatroom conversations were found in Oh Yoanna's phone and publicized by the family members of the deceased. 

Oh Yoanna, who took her own life in September of 2024, allegedly struggled with bullying at her workplace prior to her tragic passing. After learning about Oh Yoanna's struggles with workplace bullying, the family members of the deceased have stepped up to demand a proper investigation into the case from MBC, also proceeding with a damages lawsuit against an individual believed to be one of the bullying perpetrators.

Meanwhile, Kim Ga Young, who began her career as an MBC weather forecaster in 2018, has been in a public relationship with producer Pdogg since February of 2024. Toward the end of last year, Kim Ga Young was spotted wearing a ring on her wedding finger in her SNS photos, raising speculations of an engagement. 

Pdogg is an in-house producer at HYBE Labels and is known as the mastermind behind BTS's numerous hits. 

Following these developments, some netizens have begun labeling Kim Ga Young as the "real life Park Yeon Jin" from the Netflix series, 'The Glory', believing that the weather forecaster is one of the perpetrators.
