On the 20th, video titled "Ji Jin Hee and Lee Kyu Hyung: Talking about the legendary travel story of Hwang Jo Ji (Hwang Jung Min, Jo Seung Woo and Ji Jin Hee), a talker who surpassed Park Chan Ho" was uploaded on the YouTube channel 'Jjan han hyung Shin Dong Yeop'.
Actors Ji Jin Hee and Lee Kyu Hyung, who are currently starring in KBS 2TV’s drama 'Kick Kick Kick Kick', appeared as guests and engaged in a conversation with MCs Shin Dong Yeop and Jung Ho Chul.
Shin Dong Yeop opened the discussion by saying, "I know Jin Hee really loves drinking and is famous for his drinking habits, but one day I heard he quit. I thought, 'Ji Jin Hee quit drinking?'"
He then shared a past drinking episode with Ji Jin Hee. He had invited Ji Jin Hee out for drinks, and Ji Jin Hee brought along Jo Seung Woo, who was a rookie at the time.
Shin Dong Yeop recalled, "After introducing Jo Seung Woo, I realized that within a year or two, he starred in the musical 'Jekyll and Hyde,' and it became a massive hit. If I had known he would become this successful, I should have treated him better. It was such a shame."
He then jokingly added, "Back then, Ji Jin Hee drank a lot, so when I heard he quit drinking, I thought to myself, 'A dog quits pooping?'"—expressing his surprise at Ji Jin Hee's decision to quit alcohol.
Ji Jin Hee explained his reason for quitting, saying, "I was working hard, but I loved drinking so much that it became difficult to memorize lines. Many things became challenging, and my health started deteriorating. So I thought, 'I should try cutting down on drinking,' and it turned out to be a good decision."
He continued, "After that, things started going well. It felt a bit superstitious, but I thought, 'Maybe I should do this right this time.'”
Meanwhile, Shin Dong Yeop lightened the mood with a playful rumor: "When Ji Jin Hee said, 'I'm quitting drinking,' it made the news. But there wasn’t an article about Kyu Hyung. Someone joked that Kyu Hyung is quitting women instead!" Lee Kyu Hyung laughed and replied,"Is that the kind of story going around? Well, I guess that's how it happened."
Shin Dong Yeop wrapped up the segment on a humorous note, saying, "Kyu Hyung is really bad at dating," making everyone burst into laughter.
