Singer and actress Hyeri has expressed her frustration over the illegal ticket scalping incident surrounding her upcoming fan meeting.

On April 16, Hyeri shared on her fan communication platform, “It’s my first time experiencing something like this, so I was really flustered and surprised. At first, I was happy to hear it sold out in just one minute, but as I looked into it, I realized many people had booked tickets through illegal means and were reselling them.” She added, “I feel very upset and sorry.”

Hyeri is set to hold her first solo fan meeting in celebration of her 15th debut anniversary on June 7 at the ECC Samsung Hall in Seoul.

On April 14, all tickets for both sessions sold out immediately upon release, proving Hyeri’s popularity. However, suspicions of illegal ticket scalping emerged domestically and internationally, leaving many fans disappointed as they were unable to get tickets.

In response, Hyeri’s agency, Sublime, released an official statement and said, “The '2025 Hyeri Fanmeeting Tour: Welcome to Hyeri’s Studio in Seoul' is sold exclusively through Ticketlink. Tickets are not available through any other channels.”

They emphasized, “Tickets purchased through unofficial channels, including personal transfers, secondhand trading, or resale websites, cannot be canceled or refunded.”

Hyeri also warned fans, “Buying tickets from someone else is strictly prohibited,” and explained, “If the person entering the fan meeting is not the same as the person who booked the ticket, entry will be denied.” She added, “It would be heartbreaking if someone made it all the way to the venue but couldn’t come in,” signaling that strict ID checks will be enforced.

Hyeri recently starred in the U+tv drama 'Friendly Rivalry' and is currently awaiting the release of her upcoming film 'Tropical Night.'
