According to media outlet reports on October 3 KST, the 50th civil division of the Seoul Central District Court will hold a hearing to determine the validity of the injunction requested by former CEO Min Hee Jin of ADOR on October 11 KST.
Previously on August 27 KST, ADOR removed Min Hee Jin as CEO at a board meeting and elected Kim Joo Young as the new CEO. Immediately following ADOR's move, Min Hee Jin claimed that ADOR's decision was "unlawful" and filed an injunction request, calling for her reinstatement. According to Min Hee Jin's side, her dismissal as CEO of ADOR violates a shareholder agreement in effect between her and HYBE Labels.
However, HYBE's side refuted that ADOR's decision to remove Min Hee Jin as CEO was unrelated to her shareholder agreement with HYBE, and that the shareholder agreement had already been terminated.
Meanwhile, according to Min Hee Jin, all work on NewJeans' comeback and fan meeting have been temporarily halted.
