Shin Woo-seok, the CEO of Dolphin Kidnapping Group (Dolphiners Films), who directed several music videos for the group NewJeans, has asked ADOR to apologize.

On the 9th, Shin Woo-seok posted a long statement on his personal SNS. He said, "CEO Kim Joo-young, Vice President Lee Do-kyung, I have the recording and emails, so please stop lying." He also said, "In Ador's statement, I am the one spreading false information, so why are you trying so hard to contact me and persuade me? It's been a while since we were bullied, so it's not easy to adjust." 

He continued, "I received legal advice, and according to the previous agreement, the ownership of Ban Hee-soo's channel belongs to Dolphin Kidnapping Group." He also said, "The rights to the channel are not particularly important to Dolphin Kidnapping Group. As long as Ban Hee-soo's channel exists as an extension of the work, that's enough. This channel was created from the beginning to serve fans without any compensation, so I don't want to see fans worrying that it will be permanently deleted amidst the dispute."

He emphasized, "That's why I'm going to transfer ownership of the channel to Ador. However, it must be operated with the principle of absolute preservation that does not delete, edit, or add anything to the channel." 

He also said, "I have one request. Apologize. If you post an apology that includes an apology for the extreme corrective action demand that did not respect our partners, an apology for ignoring the existing agreement and talking about copyright infringement, and an apology for criticizing Dolphin Kidnapping Group and CEO Shin Woo-seok through a statement of position through your official channel by today, Dolphin Kidnapping Group will transfer Ban Hee-soo's channel to Ador."

He also said, "If there is no apology, I will find a way to transfer Ban Hee-soo's channel to the fans and sue Ador for defamation with evidence of the existing agreement."

Shin Woo-seok is the main character who directed New Jeans' "Ditto" and "ETA." However, due to Ador's recent change in management demanding deletion, he revealed that all the New Jeans music videos and related videos and channels that Dolphin Kidnapping Group had worked on and the videos that were scheduled to be uploaded cannot be released.

In response, Ador explained that they only requested that content posted without permission be stopped without consulting with advertisers and that they never requested that all videos be deleted. Shin Woo-seok then fiercely criticized Ador for playing with the media.
