Kwon Eun Bi proudly revealed that she is the owner of a building worth 2.4 billion KRW (~$1.8 million USD). 

In the latest episode of MBC's variety show 'Omniscient Interfering View', the program's MC Jun Hyun Moo revealed the news, saying, "Eun Bi is making her first appearance on the show since last Christmas, and there's been an incredible change since then – she has become a building owner!"

When asked if she personally scouted the property, Kwon Eun Bi responded, "I went around looking at places myself," adding, "It’s a small building; the upper floors are residential units where people live, and the ground floor is a commercial space."

Jun Hyun Moo praised the property, which is located in Seoul's Seongdong District, saying, "I've seen it before, and the location is really good." 

In response, fellow MC Yang Se Hyung, who owns a building worth 10.9 billion KRW, showed off his knowledge by commenting, "It's a corner building," to which Jeon Hyun Moo playfully responded, "As expected from a building owner," eliciting laughter.
