Park Gyu Ri, who had previously suffered an orbital fracture, has returned to the full KARA lineup.
She shared several photos on social media yesterday with the caption, "We also visited the pop-up store. It's so beautiful."
The photos feature Park Gyu Ri alongside her fellow KARA members Heo Young Ji, Nicole, Kang Ji Young, and Han Seung Yeon. Their playful poses and expressions are sure to delight fans. Park Gyu Ri's return, after a hiatus due to an injury, has brought the full group back together, sparking significant excitement.
Fans responded with comments like, "You look so beautiful," "Finally, the full KARA group," "It's wonderful to see everyone together," and "You all look so happy."
KARA released their new single, "I Do I Do," last month, which generated buzz for a full-group comeback. However, Park Gyu Ri's injury prevented her from participating in promotional activities then.
Last month, Park Gyu Ri's agency, Big Boss Entertainment, announced, "Park Gyu Ri sustained a fractured cheekbone and orbital fracture during personal activities and underwent a detailed examination at the hospital." They added, "Given the injury's location, surgery was necessary, and medical professionals advised that the procedure and recovery would take approximately 4 to 5 weeks."
Now fully recovered, Park Gyu Ri is set to rejoin KARA's official activities. She will kick off her return with the group's performance in Tokyo on the 17th.
KARA debuted in 2007 and quickly gained fame with hit songs like "Step," "Mister," "Jumping," and "Lupin." Over the years, members Nicole and Kang Ji Young left the group, and Heo Young Ji joined, leading to lineup changes. The group also faced the tragic loss of Goo Hara in 2019. Despite this, KARA has reunited and continues to perform as a six-member group, honoring Goo Hara's legacy.
