According to her agency Bill Entertainment on the 16th, Yerin has been selected as the ceremonial first pitcher for the KBO League game between Samsung Lions and Lotte Giants at 6 p.m. on the 24th at Daegu Samsung Lions Park.
Yerin is expected to bring her signature bright and lively energy to the event and offer support to the players and baseball fans.
Yerin expressed her excitement through her agency, stating, "It is an honor and I am very grateful to be able to throw the first pitch for the Samsung Lions team. I will show a fantastic pitch as much as I have been warmly welcomed. I will practice hard and cheer to become a victory fairy."
Meanwhile, Yerin is set to make her comeback with her third mini-album "Rewrite" on the 4th of next month, about a year after the release of her second mini-album "Ready, Set, LOVE."
