In honor of their 10th debut anniversary, AKMU showcased their commitment to philanthropy by making substantial donations totaling 141 million won. As revealed by YG Entertainment on April 23 KST, the talented duo allocated the funds to Pureun Asia, Severance Hospital, and the Korea Youth Counseling and Welfare Development Institute. Each organization received 47 million won, symbolizing the significance of AKMU's debut date, April 7.
The generous contributions will serve various social causes, including the establishment of the 'AKMU Love Forest' to combat climate change and prevent desertification in Mongolia. Additionally, support will be provided for low-income patients facing severe and incurable illnesses, as well as psychological assistance for isolated youth struggling to reintegrate into society.
