Kim Go Eun is in talks to star in the upcoming thriller drama 'The Price of Confession'.

On January 17, Kim Go Eun's label BH Entertainment clarified reports of her casting, stating, "She's reviewing the offer to star in 'The Price of Confession' in a good light." 'The Price of Confession' tells the story of an ordinary art teacher whose life changes after a murder case. She comes across a mysterious, anti-social woman named Mo Eun, and their lives intertwine in ways no one expected.

Director Lee Jung Hyo of 'Crash Landing on You' and 'Doona!' will be helming the series after director Lee Eung Bok of 'Descendants of the Sun' declined. Aside from Kim Go Eun, Jeon Do Yeon is also in talks to star in the mystery thriller drama, and if both are cast, this will mark their second time as co-stars since 'Memories of the Sword' in 2015.

In other news, Song Hye Kyo and Han So Hee previously turned down roles in 'The Price of Confession'.
