Jimin continues to prove his status as a highly respected artist in the Korean music industry following his official solo debut which allowed him to showcase his tantalizingly unique and colorful tonal range alongside his mesmerizingly powerful yet graceful dance moves. 

In 2023, Jimin has released 3 music videos in total as a solo artist, two of which are solo music videos ('Like Crazy' & 'Set Me Free Pt.2')  for his solo debut album, while one is a collaboration ('Vibe' with Taeyang). All three have performed exceptionally well and have accumulated millions of views on YouTube, having captivated fans and non-fans all around the globe for various reason including the perfect cinematography, enticing choreography and the perfect expression of the beautiful lyrics, among many other things.

On October 5, 'Like Crazy' crossed the 100 million views mark in just 6 months since its release, and this major milestone could have been achieved even sooner had it not been for the persistent problem of views being deleted from the music video on the platform repeatedly since its release. Thus, to be able to reach this milestone, and that too organically, without the help of ads, was extremely thrilling for fans.

This became Jimin's second music video to hit this mark. 'Set Me Free Pt.2', his pre-release track, had attained the same milestone in just over 4 months from its release day.

Prior to this, Jimin's collaboration track with Taeyang, 'Vibe', had also already surpassed 100 million views as well.

To this end, Jimin set a new record as he has now become the first and only Korean artist with 3 music videos released this 2023, exceeding 100 million views on YouTube.

This is a clear portrayal of the popularity of his works, and further demonstration of this popularity was seen when Korean media outlets published numerous articles reporting on 'Like Crazy's' feat that same day!
