The Korea Music Copyright Association (KOMCA) is a South Korean non-profit copyright collective for musical works, administering public performance and broadcasting rights, and mechanical recording and reproduction rights. Copyright owners—including authors, composers, arrangers, and music publishers—can join KOMCA as associate members.

The process of becoming a full member demands compliance with certain prerequisites. These include maintaining an associate membership for at least 3 years and earning more than 30 million won in royalties. This rigorous procedure allows only 25 members to be upgraded to full membership each year. Among these select few is HAN from Stray Kids, recognized for his immense talents along with his fellow producing members Bang Chan and Changbin, known collectively as sub-unit 3RACHA. The trio earned this prestigious promotion in January 2023.

At the young age of 22, HAN has already amassed an impressive collection of 135 registered songs to his name, making him the third most credited idol from the 4th generation of K-pop artists. His multifaceted skills, which extend from writing and producing to singing, evoked significant public acknowledgment.
