Kwanghee opened up about past disappointments and his plastic surgery.
On the March 15th episode of 'You Quiz on the Block', Kwanghee talked about his early days as a member of ZE:A. Though he spent 5 years as an idol trainee, he was only assigned 3 seconds for ZE:A's debut song.
Kwanghee expressed, "It's actually the first time I'm talking about this, but I was very upset. I had a dream of putting on a great performance when I was preparing to be an idol. I'm also a little better at singing and dancing than you think. I worked hard, but my part for the debut song was 3 seconds. I thought I would get a bigger part in the next album, but it was about the same. It didn't feel good."
He continued, "Who can I blame? It's because I wasn't appealing enough. I thought about how debuting doesn't mean everything is done, and I had to work hard to make it."
On the constant jokes surrounding his plastic surgery, Kwanghee shared, "It's not good for an idol's image to talk about plastic surgery. It felt iffy to hide it. It'll come out right away anyway. I thought I should talk about it instead... I thought I'd talk about myself in a fun way. I confessed to plastic surgery out of desperation."

everyone should be a Kwanghee. They are one of the few idols who are very public about getting work done and as result has been able to stay in the spotlight now for 10 years.
