This coming Valentine's Day, which is celebrated as a day and event of love, many of us may search for the perfect drama to binge-watch; here are some of the best options to enjoy on this special day of love!


"Touch Your Heart"

If you have loved the chemistry between the Grim Reaper and Sunny in "Guardian: The Lonely and Great God," you will surely love this drama as well. After their successful partnership in 2016, Lee Dong Wook and Yoo In Na once again starred together in a drama in 2019, "Touch Your Heart." It is based on the web novel of the same name, revolving around the plot of a top actress who gets embroiled in a career-damaging scandal that left her losing projects for years. In order to clear her name and make a successful comeback to the entertainment industry, she works as a secretary for a workaholic elite lawyer to gain field experience in law first-hand. "Strong Woman Do Bong Soon"

Who would be able to say no to the cute and lovely chemistry between the dubbed "Park-Park" Couple? "Strong Woman Do Bong Soon" is a hit K-Drama series and became one of the highest-rated Korean dramas in cable television history in Korea. Park Bo Young plays the role of Do Bong Soon, born with superhuman strength, and tries her best not to use her powers except only for good reasons and intentions. Thanks to her strength, she gets a job as a bodyguard to a chaebol heir and CEO of a gaming company, Ahn Min Hyuk, portrayed by Park Hyung Sik. "Coffee Prince"

A 2007 hit drama, "Coffee Prince," has brought forth undeniable success not only in Korea but even internationally, hitting high ratings for each episode, and receiving positive reviews from critics and award-giving bodies. The star-studded cast, spearheaded by Yoon Eun Hye and Gong Yoo, became a remarkable drama to early K-Drama lovers and watchers and remains popular with other fans as well.  The story revolves around how Go Eun Chan, a boyish girl who often gets mistaken for a guy, ends up pretending as the gay lover of Choi Han Gyeol, grandson of chairwoman Bang of Dongin Foods, who ultimately wants to escape the blind dates arranged by his grandmother. A remake of a television series in 2003 and based on a novel of the same title, "Something About 1%," is a drama that might have employed the usual elements of enemies to lovers and contractual relationships, but offers a refreshing take with an endearing chemistry and straightforward plot. A true definition of fluffy romantic comedy and coming-of-age drama, "Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo" will be absolutely perfect to be binged-watched this Valentine's Day. Kim Bok Joo (Lee Sung Kyung) is a collegiate weightlifting athlete who develops a crush on her friend Jung Joon Hyung's (Nam Joo Hyuk) older brother. This is the plot of the drama "My Absolute Boyfriend," showing how one eventually learns true love with the help of the right person. Um Da Da (Bang Min Ah) is a special effects makeup artist who is privately seeing rising star Ma Wang Joon (Hong Jong Hyun), a well-known actor. Their seven-year love has come to a close as Wang Joon becomes preoccupied with work and grew weary of their relationship. At that point, Zero Nine or Yeong Gyu (Yeo Jin Goo), a humanoid robot that has been designed to love just one woman, enters her life as he becomes active after an unintentional kiss and chooses Da Da as his girlfriend. There, she meets a Korean People's Army army captain Ri Jeong Hyeok (Hyun Bin), who makes a decision to assist her in disguising to never get caught in North Korea while attempting to help her to come back to South Korea. Regardless of the differences and disagreements surrounding their respective nations, they eventually fall in love. The drama has inevitably stolen the hearts of both domestic and international fans, becoming the highest-rated tvN drama, fourth highest-rated South Korean TV drama in cable television history, and gaining 1.75 billion online views.
