It has been confirmed that Brave Girls will be releasing a new song before their contract expires.
On February 15, KBS posted an attached file of 'The Result of the Song Reviews (2023.02.15)' on its official website. The list included the songs reviewed if they were suitable for broadcasting, and song number 83 was Brave Girls' new song titled "Goodbye," which passed the review.
Brave Girls is a girl group produced by Brave Brothers and debuted back in 2011. The girls rose to popularity again in 2020 with their 2017 song "Rollin'." Since then, Brave Girls were able to look forward to a bright future as the track became a hit on various music charts. After that, they continued to rise in popularity and seemed to solidify their spot in the K-pop industry as the summer K-pop group.
However, Brave Girls have not had any active promotions other than appearing on Mnet's survival program 'Queendom 2' right after the release of their 6th mini-album 'Thank You' in March of last year.
Brave Girls began their US Tour in July of last year after their concert in South Korea in January 2022 was postponed due to COVID-19. Although fans in Korea have been seeking information regarding this postponed concert, they have not heard anything from Brave Entertainment.
With their contracts about to expire, many are worried that Brave Girls are getting ready to say "Goodbye" to their fans with one last song.
