It was belatedly revealed that NCT's Mark had donated 150 million KRW (~116,474 USD) to aid the earthquake victims in Turkey and Syria.

Xports News reported on February 15, that Mark recently donated 150 million KRW through the Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association.

It was revealed that Mark had personally made the donation through the association's website without notifying his agency, SM Entertainment. SM Entertainment later found out when an official from the association contacted the agency for confirmation. 

He has once again shared his good influence in secret. Mark recently donated 10 million KRW with Genie Music, and in 2021, Mark's fans donated to aid those in need during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Many fans have become impressed with Mark's good deeds and commented, "Wow it's so impressive he didn't even tell SM about it," "I love how he doesn't boast his good deeds," "Mark is amazing," "He's really an awesome person," and "I'm so moved by Mark."
