Global girl group BLACKPINK has reached another incredible milestone on Spotify!

According to Spotify's latest update on May 2, BLACKPINK's second Korean-language extended play, 'Kill This Love,' has officially exceeded a whopping one billion cumulative streams on Spotify. Released on April 4, 2019, 'Kill This Love' reached the milestone three years and three weeks after its release.

'Kill This Love' has become BLACKPINK's second album to surpass one billion streams on Spotify, joining their first full-length album, 'THE ALBUM.' In addition, 'Kill This Love' also became the first extended play by a K-Pop girl group to reach the mark. BLACKPINK remains as the only K-Pop female act to have two of their albums reaching the milestone.
