Kang Daniel is W Korea Man’s pick for its April 2022 digital covers. The pictorial titled “Kang Daniel's Memories” has the actor-musician sporting fashion brand Bally’s latest items.
W Korea met with the busy Kang Daniel who had recently concluded two big projects - his lauded role as an MC in Mnet dance competition shows ‘Street Woman Fighter’ and ‘Street Dance Girls Fighter’, and his successful acting debut in Disney Plus original drama ‘Rookie Cops’ - and asked about his activities and his future plans.
In the video, Daniel spoke more about his drama, saying he learned a lot about life while filming it and recommended the last fight scene. Daniel revealed that it was a surprise to learn that his own song, a Korean version of MIYAVI’s “Hush Hush” which originally featured Daniel, was included in the drama’s OST.
W Korea remarked that he received a lot of compliments as an MC and wondered what he paid attention to the most. Daniel replied, “Since it’s a competition program [...] I think I’ve tried a lot to help the contestants relax.” He said he learned a lot through the programs.
Kang Daniel shared what he has been up to. “I've been working on my album. I've been recording and doing a lot of things.” He teased that his favorite song these days would be what he works on.
