HYBE has responded to rumors about signing a contract with former IZ*ONE member Miyawaki Sakura.
Previously, a Japanese media outlet reported Miyawaki Sakura had officially signed with HYBE, and she's expected to join HYBE x Source Music's first collaboration girl group. It's now being reported that Miyawaki Sakura will be returning to South Korea on August 23 to discuss an exclusive contract with HYBE.
The label stated, "We cannot confirm the details of artist contracts. We ask for your understanding."
According to rumors, Miyawaki Sakura and Kim Chae Won will be joining a new girl group under Source Music, which will include 2-3 former members of IZ*ONE.
