Park Jimin has got the Midas touch on his music, and his solo tracks continue to be smash-hits on every platform!

Recently, official data released from the three largest music streaming platforms worldwide (Spotify, YouTube, and SoundCloud) revealed Jimin's combined solo audio track streams as follows: Filter 254 Million, Serendipity 273 Million, Lie 162 Million, Promise 286 Million and Christmas Love 68 Million to have amassed over 1,043,336,907 Billion streams in total. This impressive feat represents 26.82% of all the total BTS individual audio streams which now stand at 3.89 Billion, making Jimin the First and Only Korean solo artist to hit this milestone.

Fans worldwide celebrated this grand achievement by trending 1 Billion streams for Jimin, #Jimin1BillionAudioStreams, Congratulations Jimin, The Park Jimin, and #BTSJIMIN on Twitter as they shared their congratulatory messages for the idol. 

Various media outlets have also hopped onto the congratulatory train and reported on this milestone as well.

His most recent official solo Filter enjoyed the largest ever debut for a track recorded by a Korean soloist with 2.2 Million streams following its release in February of 2020; it also debuted on the UK Official Chart, US Billboard, and Canada Billboard. The sultry latin-pop inspired track, along with Friends, a song he produced and sang with fellow member Taehyung, were both nominated for the Artist Of The Year Award on the 10th Gaon Chart Music Awards in 2020. At the time of the nomination, Friends had 60,892,717 digital points and Filter 55,285,580 digital points, a feat that made him the first BTS member to have two of his songs nominated on the Chart.

Currently, Filter has surpassed 188 Million streams on Spotify and over 66 Million streams on YouTube, while Friends is at 115 Million streams on Spotify and 28 Million streams on YouTube. Both songs are the most successful solo and unit tracks from the Map Of The Soul 7 Album.

For the BTS Love Yourself: HER Album, fans were able to see Jimin embody its concept with the beautifully cosmic Serendipity Comeback Trailer. This meant that there would be an Intro and Full version of  Serendipity. The sweet and sensual ballad went on to captivate the hearts of fans, celebrities, and even babies worldwide, as parents have been known to use it as a lullaby. It charted at 29th place on UK's Official Charts. In Canada, it was the 39th best seller song and debuted with more than 10,000 sales in Billboard's World Digital Song sales chart. 

The song's Full-Length Edition has now recorded over 152 Million streams on Spotify.

Lie, a dark, deep, and introspective classically inspired track, allowed Jimin's vocals to shine, for which he received praise and even more acclamation for his performance of it. The song remains the most streamed track from the Wings album on Melon and on Spotify with 145 Million streams. It has been covered by numerous idols as it is seen as the benchmark for music artistry.

In September last year, it was the only song from the Wings album to rank at position 21 on the Inkigayo chart, highlighting its impact years after its release.

Promise is a track that was the first gift given to fans on the 30th of December 2018, the song which touched hearts with its uplifting lyrics and mellow acoustic sound, enjoyed the biggest 24-hour SoundCloud debut record with over 8.5 Million streams topping the major charts on the platform. On the 11th of June, it officially became the most streamed track of all time on the platform, and currently, it has 286 Million streams.

Christmas Love is another heartwarming SoundCloud track that served as the best Christmas gift for the ARMY, Jimin who loves the Christmas season, shared the lovely memories of the season, especially from his childhood gladdening hearts, making headlines, and also breaking records.

BTS' Jimin is the lead vocalist and main dancer of BTS, his performances are often described as world-class as he often captures the recognition of fellow idols, legendary personalities, and for his hard work and talents, he has been appreciated and compared to the greats like Michael Jackson. Jimin is a legend in his own right. Although he does not have an official album or mixtape, his solo tracks under the group BTS have continued to shine, showcasing his talents, skills, global popularity, and marketability.
