Park Jimin is on a record making spree in India and there seems to be nothing stopping him. This is specially significant because his recent records are being made by a song that is a b-side unpromoted track on the BTS's latest album, MoTS:7.

Jimin's song 'Filter' is being praised globally, dominating major world music charts. Although India has no music chart, Filter has emerged as a popular track on JioSaavan, India's music streaming platform with 100 million listeners.

Recently, Filter has become the second most streamed song from Map Of The Soul: 7 album on Jiosaavn. It is the most streamed solo song from MOTS:7 and the only song in Top 5 most streamed songs.

Before this, Filter and Friends( a track produced by Jimin, and sung by him and V of BTS), were reported as highly popular tracks on JioSaavan

Currently, Filter is close to 300k streams on Jiosaavan, while Friends surpassed 145k streams on the platform.

Recently, Filter went viral among the locals when a famous Indian YouTuber 'Manikas-whims' used the song as bgm to her video. The comments section was filled with locals praising Jimin and the song, which no doubt spiked its popularity even more
