New chat logs released by KBS have revealed conversations between Jung Joon Young and Cha Tae Hyun back in July 2016, when both were cast members on 1 Night 2 Days.

These chats have revealed the 3 then cast members of 1 Night 2 Days discussing their gambling report for the day. The sport they gambled on was golf.

Cha Tae Hyun: In just 2 hours I’ve become rich

Jung Joon Young: Our Jun Ho hyung doesn’t have any money ㅠ

Cha Tae Hyun: He was almost reported, he would’ve been in handcuffs

Later that month, Cha Tae Hyun reported back on the profits the two ended up making.

Cha Tae Hyun: Today, Jun Ho hyung made 2.6 million won… I won 2.25 million, this is my money [I won].

The production team of 1 Night 2 Days has stated they are looking into the report, and will reveal their official position tomorrow. The production team of Radio Star has also stated that they are looking into the situation.

Some Koreans, however, think that this news is being released to distract the public from more pressing issues, such as the expiration on the statue of limitations on the Jang Ja Yeon suicide letter scandal.
