Fans are furious about what they believe is a 'popularity over performance' problem on 'Show Me The Money 777.'
On the 8th episode of the show, rappers EK and Kid Milli duked it out on a competition stage that would determine who would advance to the next round and who would be eliminated. Though both performances were powerful, most fans, even those who supported Kid Milli, admitted that EK seemed to have a more dynamic presence which dominated the atmosphere. However, he still lost on a landslide margin to Kid Milli. Watch Kid Milli's performance below:
Fans took their outrage to the comments section on EK's elimination. According to one fan, "Kid Milli felt sorry because even he believed that the audience favored him due to his popularity."
Another fan wrote, "The fact that EK's performance featured his own dance crew and had no features was so cool. This performance is going to be heralded as one of the most legendary performances of SMTM history. It's really a shame. I hope to see EK at 'SMTM8' next year."
