BTOB leader Eunkwang's impending military enlistment is gaining even more attention after the singer gave a moving live performance of classic Korean song "Letter Of A Private."

On August 10th, BTOB held their first summer concert '2018 BTOB Time - This Is Us' at the Olympics Gymnastics Arena in Seoul's Olympic Park. With a reported 12,000 people in attendance, it was one of the final times that Eunkwang would be able to meet his fans before he enlists on August 21st.

"Letter Of A Private" is a ballad originally recorded by Kim Kwang Seok that is traditionally played around the time of someone's military enlistment. The lyrics detail the emotions of having to say goodbye to your friends and family and head off to training. 

"I struggled a lot trying to come up with which song I was going to sing. I thought, 'Which song do I really want to sing right now?' and then thought of this one," Eunkwang explained to the audience prior to the song.
