On November 2, YMC Entertainment spoke up to address the recent controversy involving a female manager of Wanna One, who was captured shoving people to make way for the members.
In particular, one witness who was present during the event stated that they saw the manager shoving a mother holding a baby. However, a YMC Ent. rep responded, "After confirming with the fan manager in question in the footage, she said that she did not shove any mother of an infant on purpose. There were many people, which could have caused collisions, but she did not shove any infant mothers on purpose."
The rep continued, "Because some fans crowded Wanna One's vicinity excessively, our managers told the people around to 'Move,' in order to secure the safety of Wanna One and the civilians."
