F.T. Island's Hongki in talks for new drama 'Hwayugi'

F.T. Island's Hongki might be returning to acting through 'Hwayugi'.


On September 21, FNC Entertainment announced, "Hongki has been given an offer and is currently reviewing it for the new tvN drama 'Hwayugi'."

'Hwayugi' is a fantasy romance written by the Hong Jung Eun and Hong Mi Ran sisters who've worked on  'My Girlfriend Is a Nine-Tailed Fox', 'The Greatest Love', and 'The Sun of My Master'.


Along with Hongki, Cha Seung Won, Lee Seung Gi, and Oh Yeon Seo have been given role offers.


The drama is scheduled to air in December. Stay tuned for updates.
