On April 6, a girl expressed her happiness after being granted permission to go to a concert and posted on an online community board.
The teenager said she had wanted to buy tickets to the popular idol's concert for a year but wasn't able to build enough courage to ask her mother.
Not wanting to miss the next concert opportunity, the young girl decided to write a detailed contract for the first time titled, 'Please let me purchase tickets' in hopes of moving her parents' hearts.
She presented a condition where if she was granted permission to purchase tickets, she would study in a happy mood and attend the concert if she aces her exams.
Even if she were to fail in purchasing tickets due to high demand, she stated that she would not falter and continue to study hard, demonstrating her determination to attend the concert. And if the fangirl is successful in purchasing the tickets but receives a low score on her school exam, she said she would gladly 'hand the concert tickets to a friend.'
After returning home from school, the teenager saw that the contract she had written had disappeared from her desk. She then burst into tears after reading her mother's text message.
The mother wrote, "I was shocked after reading your message. It was as if I wasn't going to let you go at all."
The mother continued, "It must've been difficult for you to write such a statement. Your father and I were very touched by your words."
With that, she commented that her wishes have been granted, adding a condition as well, "Once the tickets have been purchased, you must do your best to not let it interfere with your studies. We hope that you will ace your exam and may it be the best day of your life."
Having won over her parents' hearts, the fangirl suggested that people who read the post and had been troubled by similar situations to try writing a contract.
Netizens commented, "It was nice to see the daughter courageously standing up for herself but it was also great to hear that her parents went along with their child's plan," "I must try this one myself."
