On February 9, a representative from T.O.P Media stated, "It is true L.Joe filed for nullification with a lawyer." In regards to L.Joe's drama appearance, "L.Joe wanted to focus more on his acting career" and expressed his hopes to spend quality time with fellow members without any further issues until his contract ends.
T.O.P Media hinted at wanting to resolve the case with L.Joe, "TEEN TOP hopes to work together for a long time. After a year hiatus, they are planning to release a new album in March... L.Joe recorded for the album but he asked for nullification of his contract so there are some issues and obstacles to overcome."
Finally, the representative thanked fans for their continuous support, "We would like to thank all the fans for their contributions. We will do our best to resolve L.Joe's case, we ask for your patience at this time. Thank you."
