A 3rd teaser has been released for the highly anticipated fantasy romance drama, beginning with flashes of Lee Min Ho's past life, in which he was a government official for a village. But the teaser soon returns to the present, showing Lee Min Ho at his best as the best con man of his time! 

Who has this unpredictable con man wrapped around her finger? The last mermaid on earth, Jun Ji Hyun of course! It's gonna be good, and you know it!
