Solo artist Shin Ji Hoon is making her movie debut this summer in 'The Truth Beneath'!
The upcoming film is a mystery thriller with main leads played by Son Ye Jin and Kim Joo Hyuk. Shin Ji Hoon is playing their daughter Min Jun, who starts the mystery as she suddenly disappears.

Meanwhile, director Lee Kyung Mi revealed the reason she chose Shin Ji Hoon, explaining, "During the time when the scenario was in process, I heard Shin Ji Hoon singing Jackson 5's 'Ben' on 'K-Pop Star'. Her angelic voice was very impressive, and I offered her a role as I wanted her to play the pure teenager character."
'The Truth Beneath' with Son Ye Jin, Kim Joo Hyuk, and Shin Ji Hoon is set to premier on July 23!
