During the interview portion of the photo shoot, the singer was asked about which girl group has caught her eye the most, a relevant question considering that Kan Mi Yeon was also part of a girl group back in the day. She replied, "There are so many. Compared to our times, there is nothing that they can't do from singing, dancing, to variety. These days, I think G-Friend is pretty. They seem to possess an innocence that isn't tainted. I was hoping that they would do well ever since they debuted; they seem to receiving recognition bit by bit which is great." 

It seems Kan Mi Yeon's goodwill toward the G-Friend must have had some sort of effect, because G-Friend is all the rage these days. Let's hope it will stay that way for many years to come!
