Park Si Hoo who failed to follow up with his contracted projects of a music drama and a pictorial, was ordered by the court to compensate the company that organized the projects.
Seoul High Court ruled on December 4 that Park Si Hoo and his past agency, Didim531, must compensate company 'K', the agency who planned Park Si Hoo's music drama and photo shoot, 270 million KRW (~$229,311 USD) in damages.
According to the courts, the actor and his agency had refused to participate in the filming necessary for the photo shoot and music video. Further, due to the sexual assault case back in 2013, in which Park Si Hoo was investigated as the primary suspect, the photo shoot and music video filming ultimately fell through.

A representative of Park Si Hoo stated, "After examining the ruling, we will decide on a proper course of action," sparing any details.
On December 10, another rep of Park Si Hoo told My Daily, "The project was launched without any guarantees so even if we're required to pay damages, [the loss] must be offset. The halting of the projects was due to the negligence of 'K'. We will uncover the reason for the denial of our argument after looking at the ruling and decide on how to appeal."
