YG Entertainment actress Goo Hye Sun has been chosen as the female lead in a new Chinese drama. Her agency stated on November 6 that she's set to star in 'Great Electricity'. She will be playing the noble and pure wife of the lead, who is a self-made godfather of the Chinese film industry.

A rep stated that they had previously worked with her for her Taiwanese drama 'Absolute Boyfriend', showing that they have a special connection leading to their new project. The rep explained that despite the difficult script because of language difference, Goo Hye Sun showed professionalism during filming, touching everybody.�
