However, the 'City of Love' quickly becomes the 'City of Pain' for tourists who fall victim to the many pickpocketers who swarm the area for unsuspecting, unwary travelers who may be lax about safeguarding their personal effects.

Ivy was one such unfortunate soul to have all her precious belongings stolen by a sneaky pickpocketer. The singer wrote on her Instagram, "The first day I went over to London from Paris, my whole bag was stolen. Passport, three credit cards, newly-purchased Leica Camera, sunglasses, etc... I arrived in Korea a beggar. Paris...you have broken my heart.... for everyone going traveling, please be careful.. It's only been a week since I returned home, but I'm still mind-blown. Everything was going great up until the moment I took this picture..." 

Let's hope the 'City of Love' treats the singer more kindly on her next visit!
