Starting on February 19, 2013 up to June, he had posted criticizing comments, including sexual content, onto her SNS 233 times. During that period, he had also posted about 23 threatening messages like "Why, Honey! Why pick a woman like this to become an actress so that I shed tears of blood? I will pick the hair from the actress Honey Lee." On top of that, he had posted 34 comments cursing out Honey Lee. It was revealed that he had admired Honey Lee since 2006, but got frustrated at having no means of approaching her, so left such posts out of anger.
He also claimed he did such acts because he had heard the voice of God, but the court replied, "Using Twitter, he prepared defamatory and offensive posts hundreds of times for a long period of time, so the nature of his crime is extremely bad."
Do you think the punishment is enough, just right, or too extreme?
