On May 21, Soribada started teasing for a man they only described as "rookie singer Y" by releasing a short MV clip. While most people would not think much about this, Korean netizens are going wild as this is becoming a huge controversy under the suspicion "rookie singer Y" is actually Yoo Seung Joon and the MV teaser might be marking his comeback.
If you recall, Yoo Seung Joon, who is not allowed back into South Korea for evading mandatory military service, recently made an apology to the public on hands and knees. People are saying the uncanny timing of the MV teaser and his apology might mean more than first meets the eye.

Furthermore, the cartoon character in the animated MV for "Must Be Crazy" (which a lot of netizens are probably thinking) is strikingly similar to Yoo Seung Joon in appearance, not to mention the character rides a motorcycle in the beginning which is reminiscent of his past "Nanana" MV. Netizens are speculating that he might be attempting to promote in Korea once again under a false name.
However, the voice in the teaser does not appear to be Yoo Seung Joon's, continuing to raise curiosity; at the same time, he is known to use features in his songs.
Soribada is remaining closed and mysterious about this, only revealing that the music will be out on May 29. Do you think it might be Yoo Seung Joon or just a clever marketing ploy from a new artist?
