Former Sechskies member Kang Sung Hoon has been sued for fraud... again.
The police said, "So far, we have only done investigations for the plaintiff. We will soon summon Mr. Kang to get an accurate pictures." He was already sued by 3 people for borrowing 1 billion KRW (approximately 898,000 USD) and not paying a portion of it back, and found guilty. He was sentenced to 2 years of probation with 1 year and 6 months of prison time if probation was violated.
The Seoul Gangnam Police District reported that a Mr. Lee had sued the ex-boy group member on the 31st, claiming, "Mr. Kang borrowed about 300 million KRW (approximately 269,000 USD) during 2009-2010, but he has not paid us back."
