The teaser above actually doesn't show clips of an upcoming music video, but shows a collage of hater comments and articles towards the rap artist.
He explicitly shows mean comments and articles about him, starting off with a search for 'San E middle finger' along with the photo of him allegedly doing so, and some nasty comments towards him. The video shows an article title calling him 'Wack MC', a comment saying 'San E, are you really a rapper?' and and another comment saying 'Fake MC'.
San E ends with saying, "Hello, haters," followed by his track name "LuvUHaters" with the date 2015.04.08.

Hopefully this means he'll be releasing his album or music video that day on April 8! We'll just have to wait and find out!
