From basic squats targeting hips and thighs to simple moves to target certain parts of her body, Park Bo Ram revealed that she does light workouts from home to maintain her figure. She said, "When I end promotions, because I am a person I have to rest and eat regularly. So I do eat a bit. I snack a lot, SO I do simple exercises at home. Everyone likes to snack, right? So if you follow me and snack, it can help you maintain your weight."
Park Bo Ram also headed to the gym to workout with her personal trainer where she revealed that she prefers the gym over pilates.
