Back on August 19, 2014 at 6:30pm, EXO was at the boarding area of the shuttle train platform at the Incheon International Airport. There, EXO's manager hit the back of the head of a fan.
The EXO members had finished their performance in Nanjing, China and had just landed in Korea at the airport when this had occurred. The manager had hit the fan, causing the fan's head/face to collide with the camera the fan had been holding, and resulted in 2 weeks of treatment for his/her sprain and bruise.
During the trial, the manager had pleaded innocence saying, "Although I saw the plaintiff, I did not assault or injure the plaintiff." However, the court ruled, "By piceing together the proof, the truth of the defendant injuring the plaintiff has been acknowledged."

Fans may already know that whenever EXO enters or exits an airport, there are a huge amount of fans that greet them. Because of this huge swarm who surround the boys and try to touch them and block their pathway, EXO's managers have been known to be rough on the crowding fans, as seen in several fancams.
Do you think the manager was just doing the best he/she could during a perhaps stressful situation, or was he/she too harsh on the fans, who just simply wanted to get a close look at the EXO members?
