On February 10, News Y reported that Tak Jae Hoon's wife had filed a lawsuit against Tak Jae Hoon's alleged mistresses for cheating during the divorce proceedings. It was revealed that Tak Jae Hoon had allegedly cheated with two women in their 30's and another woman in her 20's.

According to the reports, Tak Jae Hoon allegedly had an affair with the three women stated above during the tenure of his marriage. Tak Jae Hoon's wife had asked for compensation of 50,000,000 KRW (~ $45,881 USD) from the three women.

She also revealed that Tak Jae Hoon did not provide her and their kids with proper living and child support expenses.

In contrast to the reports, Tak Jae Hoon's rep revealed that the claims alleging he cheated were groundless and said that his wife was using the press for media play. They said, "The reports of his affairs are groundless. If he had actually had an affair, then she would have filed criminal prosecution for adultery. We don't understand why she would file for a civil lawsuit. This is definitely media play. We will be taking legal action against those who reported that he had an affair." 

Meanwhile, Tak Jae Hoon and his wife were married for 13 years before filing for divorce last October.
